Practk.com also offers a warranty on their products. There's a free 2-year warranty on the Palmat, and a free 1-year warranty on Practk brushes. Each original order can be replaced once. This warranty covers manufacture defects that happen within 2 years of the order date on authentic Practk Palmat, and within 1 year of the order date on authentic Practk brushes. This warranty applies regardless of the number of times the product was or wasn’t used. The warranty does not cover products that are lost or stolen, makeup or debris build-up, or abused products. If the warranty is accepted, the replacement will be shipped without any shipping and handling fees. However, the product might be asked to be returned for a quality control check before sending the replacement.
